What I Look for in a Strip Club: Atmosphere, Music, and Variety

As I’ve gotten older, I’ve realized one thing about nightlife in Phoenix and Scottsdale: atmosphere is everything when it comes to choosing the right strip club. I’ve been to clubs all over the Valley, and while each one has its own style, I’ve narrowed down exactly what makes or breaks my experience.

Music That Sets the Tone

One of the most overlooked elements of a good strip club is the music and sound level. Too many clubs blast music so loud that your body feels like it’s vibrating with the bass. For me, that takes away from the experience. I enjoy connecting with the entertainers, having conversations, and relaxing with a drink. When the volume is perfect—energetic but not overwhelming—the whole club feels more inviting.

At both Sonny’s Gentlemen’s Club and Crazy Girls Cabaret, the music is on point. The DJs know how to keep the energy alive while still leaving room for a real conversation. It’s the kind of balance that makes me want to stay longer, come back, and make these places my go-to clubs.
